His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada al-Sadr receives His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan to Iraq "Fumio Iwai" Saturday August 26, 2017 in the house of Sayyid Muqtada al Sadr in Al-Hananah – An Najaf Al-Ashraf 

The meeting discussed various issues that concerns the two countries and the two friendly peoples while the Ambassador present detailed explanation about the Japan's support to Iraq especially in the service and humanitarian field during the previous period and he praised the patriotism positions for His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada al Sadr in the fighting corruption and rejection the sectarianism as he offered the congratulations in the achieved victories and the defeating terrorist ( Daesh) organization

For his part His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada al Sadr praised  the positions of Japan especially its wonderful record in the humanitarian and service fields that it is provide to Iraq " Government and people " calling on to continue the projects that  it providing to Iraq, warning of the implementing it by corrupt people while His Eminence encouraged on the openness more to Iraq in all fields Cultural, intellectual and social as well as supporting the Iraqi industry.

The meeting seen the discussion of Iraq's situation in post-Daesh and restore stability to the liberated areas through rehabilitation of infrastructure and provide the  humanitarian services and work to remove the roots of sectarianism tensions in general .

In the end of the meeting His Excellency the Ambassador of Japan thanked His Eminence Sayyid Muqtada al Sadr about the warm reception and the welcoming .
